In between sans and serif
Iburne was my first typeface, created in Peter Bain's type design class at the Wells Book Arts Summer Institute. I designed it as a text face, but its distinct serif structure allows it to work surprisingly well at larger sizes. The project is currently on hold, but I hope to return to it at some point in the future.
